Equipment Enhancements
Equipment data just got an upgrade. You can now go beyond technical specs — add installation dates, installers, and the efficiency measures tied to that equipment, including which part of the building it affects. GRESB efficiency measures? Much easier to complete.
Facility Section
We’re now collecting more detailed building data — including facilities like on-site renewable energy. Got solar panels or heat pumps? You can now connect them directly to Secure or manually add the data.
Managing users just got easier. Invited users now follow a seamless registration flow, making onboarding smoother. New organization admins will see a setup page if they skipped it before. External Super Admins can now manage verticals, giving them more control. Module access has also been refined, using verticals and team assignments for better organization. Plus, the platform is now fully organization-specific.
Filtering reports is now more powerful. You can refine data by Organization → Portfolio → Property, making it easier to find exactly what you need.
Tenant management has been improved. Gross Floor Area (GFA) and Occupancy inputs are now available at both the Property and Space levels, providing more accurate data. A new Tenant Management page simplifies tracking, and tenants now log in with their own credentials, landing directly in the Utilities module.
Users are now assigned to a single organization upon registration for better clarity. Adding tenants is easier, you can now upload multiple tenants at once. And for better accuracy, utility bills can now be linked to both Properties and Spaces. Enjoy the update!
Managing portfolios is now a breeze. A new Orphan Portfolios section lets you see all unlinked portfolios in one place, and you can even create portfolios without assigning a fund. We’ve also made Space types clearer by distinguishing between Base Building and Tenant Space. And if you’re working with Capacity fields, they can now auto-calculate based on GFA or be entered manually.
We’ve also improved navigation so everything runs faster and more smoothly. Editing properties is now simpler with a new organized layout. You’ll also find new fields for Gross Floor Area (GFA) and Occupancy at both the Property and Space levels, giving you more detailed insights.
This update makes things smoother, faster, and easier to use! Now, you can pick a Portfolio and Property right from the PDF download page—no extra steps needed. Reports just got more flexible too, with a new option to download them as DOC files. Plus, INREV reports have a fresh, cleaner look that’s easier to read.

We’ve also made registration smarter—the Organization field now has autocomplete to prevent duplicates and ensure accuracy. Organizational boundaries are now clearer too: users will be assigned to a single organization at registration. To enhance clarity, the Vertical Name is now displayed below the username in the header and user profile.
Big updates to Power BI Dashboards! We’ve introduced new dashboards for Certification & Accreditation, Operational Performance, City & External Data, Tenant Engagement, Health & Safety, Sustainability & ESG, and more. These insights help you track and analyse data more effectively. Lastly, we fixed some ZOHO regression issues and pushed improvements to production for a smoother experience. Enjoy the update!
More ways to download! You can now download DOC files for reports on the Social and Governance pages. Plus, the INREV report has been added to the Reporting page with sample data, and it’s available for Excel and PDF downloads.
This update brings more flexibility to reports! Now, every report comes with a PDF download option that includes proper styling for a polished look. We’ve also streamlined the Reporting page—the extra summary step is gone, so you can apply filters and view reports instantly.
Dashboards and reports got a refresh! We’ve added new dashboards for Waste, Certificates & Accreditation, Overview, and Operational Performance. Reports are now fully customizable—logo uploads, headers, and footers are consistently applied across Social, Governance, Fund Re-metric, and GHG reports. Styles are now pulled from the Settings page for a more polished print view. Other improvements include updated validation messages, better URL handling, and a new date picker that resolves selection issues across the system. We've also adjusted property and space fields—removing unnecessary ones like Wi-Fi, lease, and utilities, and adding Number of Floors to properties. Enjoy the update!
Organizational structure and reporting have been improved. The "Add Organization" button has been removed from the Organizational Boundaries page, and we’ve added a consolidation approach selection during registration. The GHG report is now stricter, ensuring organizations stick to a single consolidation approach. Plus, calculations now include Scope 3 Employee Commuting data for more accurate CO₂ emissions tracking.
This update brings better language support and improved file uploads! The Arabic version now properly displays images without extra text, and we’ve introduced a custom file upload component that translates seamlessly when Arabic is selected. We also made minor fixes to Operational Boundaries, including a new "View Employees" button, year fields for employees, and year-wise data for Purchased Electricity (Scope 2) and Employee Commuting (Scope 3).
Operational Boundaries just got smarter! We've introduced common year selection, entity-wide selections, and an updated Scope 2 model that supports both Market-Based and Location-Based approaches. Scope 3 also now includes a dynamic table for better tracking. Similarly, the GHG report has been upgraded—it now supports year-wise and consolidation approach-wise calculations, plus a new asset chart on the Portfolio page.
We've also enhanced reporting—users can now download all visible report data in a structured format. A new GRI report page has been added to the Reporting section, and Governance reports are now fully dynamic. Additionally, the Waste Dashboard is now live in Power BI, giving deeper insights into sustainability metrics. Other improvements include better Arabic language support with automatic default images for Arabic users, a new space type dropdown for Residential and Business spaces, and new features for adding, editing, and managing organizations and entities. We’ve also optimized the system with better database handling, API call reductions, and a smoother experience overall. Enjoy the update!
This update brings a fresh new look and improved functionality across the platform! The Environment page has been redesigned, now appearing as a full page instead of a modal. We've also made big changes to Funds—users can now upload fund-related documents directly on the Fund page. Plus, "Environment" and "Asset" have been renamed to "Property" system-wide for consistency.
